What kind of clothes is this washing machine suitable for?
The MC-218 is designed for underwear, socks, and other personal items. The recommended single wash load is: 3 pairs of underwear, 5 pairs of socks, and 1 bra. It is suitable for lightweight materials such as cotton, modal, and Lycra. It is not recommended for heavy denim, down products, or clothing with metal accessories, as this may affect cleaning performance or damage the machine.
What are the washing modes? How long does each take?
There are three modes, which can be selected individually or consecutively as needed:
① Wash Mode: 5 minutes, bionic pulsator simulates hand washing, gentle stain removal without damaging clothes.
② Sterilization Mode: 5 minutes, continuous blue light irradiation for deep sterilization and improved hygiene.
③ Spin Dry Mode: 3 minutes, dewatering rate up to 86%, quick spin drying for easy air drying.

What is the battery life? How do I charge it?
Built-in 3000mAh lithium battery, fully charged for approximately 10 powerful washes. Charges via a USB port (5V specification), compatible with mobile phone chargers or power banks, making it convenient for business trips and travel.
Can I take it on a plane or put it in a suitcase?
The MC-218 is lightweight and can be easily placed in a suitcase for travel. The built-in 3000mAh lithium battery generally complies with airline carry-on regulations, but it is recommended to check the latest regulations of your airline before departure to ensure smooth boarding.
How do I clean the machine after washing?
The machine body is designed to be fully waterproof and splash-proof. After use, you can rinse the inside of the cup directly with clean water, then wipe the outer casing with a dry cloth. It is recommended to drain any remaining water and leave the lid open to dry after each use to effectively extend the machine's lifespan.
Do I need to add laundry detergent? How much is appropriate?
It is recommended to add an appropriate amount of laundry detergent or special underwear detergent, about 3-5ml (1 capful). Add water to the 2L mark and then start the machine. Please do not use detergents containing bleach or strong corrosive ingredients, as this may damage clothing fibers and the inner wall of the machine.
How is the drainage designed?
The MC-218 features a hidden bottom drainage design, offering two drainage modes:
① Hidden Pipe Mode: The pipe is retracted and not exposed, for neat and aesthetically pleasing storage.
② Extended Pipe Direct Drainage Mode: The pipe can be pulled out for direct drainage, offering flexible and convenient use, suitable for different placement needs.
