Return and Exchange Instructions
1. Due to hygienic reasons and to protect other consumer rights in bedding, returns (exchanges) will not be accepted if the products have been washed in water after purchase, the elevator tags have been cut off, the outer packaging is missing, or there is smoke or other odor.
2. The returned (exchanged) goods applied for within the seven-day appreciation period must be in a brand new and unused state, without any human soiling, and the packaging must be complete (including the main product and attached products such as accompanying documentation, hang tags, gifts, etc.). If there are any concerns about the product after the company collects the returned product, such as incomplete packaging, missing product accessories, etc., a specialist will call the customer to replenish the accessories before proceeding to the next step of refunding.
