(2) Product warranty scope: This warranty service only applies to material or manufacturing defects that exist when the product is delivered, which significantly damages the usability of the product (i.e. the product is defective). If the product is damaged due to natural wear and tear, improper use or external factors (especially when traveling on an airplane or other means of transportation, including but not limited to deformation, breakage, body rupture, scratches, abrasion, etc.), or due to the use of liquids , resulting in impairment of availability, this warranty service does not apply.
(3) Product warranty scope: Removable spare parts (such as wheels, locks, tie rods and other replaceable parts) will be eligible for warranty service. Damage to the outer shell of the box and damage to the lining cloth are not covered by this warranty.
(4) Maintenance costs: Maintenance services are free during the one-year warranty period, and you only need to bear the cost of one-way shipping and parts. If warranty service is required, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs to our company as well as parts and repair costs.
(5) Maintenance process: If there is a need for repair, please send the product back to our company. The maintenance staff will assess the repair cost and proactively contact the consumer for a quote. After the repair is confirmed, the repair will begin. If the consumer does not agree to the repair, Party A will send the product back with cash on delivery.
(6) Exclusion clause: If the suitcase is damaged due to airport check-in or other external factors, the buyer is required to file a claim directly with the airline, which is not covered by the company's warranty.
(7) If there are no replacement parts or it is judged that it cannot be repaired, the company reserves the right to refuse repairs.
