  1. 1. The company accepts customers to return or exchange goods without reason within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The returned goods should keep the original packaging intact, together with spare parts, gifts, user manuals, registration replies, etc. No parts are missing, and the outer box should not be damaged. Please use the original packaging when it was sent by the counter manufacturer and prepare it in its original packaging. , if the carton is lost, please repackage it on the outer box of the product. Do not directly paste the delivery order or write text on the original outer box of the product. If the original outer box is damaged or the product is missing parts, the company will not be able to accept returns or treat it as damaged. Level discount refund amount (apply within 15 days of arrival, if not processed within the deadline, the product will not be refunded unless it is due to original defects.)

  3. 3. After the counter manufacturer receives the returned goods from the consumer and confirms that the acceptance is correct, the company will refund the goods within 14 working days.
